Terms of Use

Northlands Meadows remains the property of Northlands Meadows Limited and we (The McCorquodales) retain the right of entry at any time onto the field for any reason.

Use is at your own risk
You agree that use of the field is at your own risk and agree not to hold Northlands Meadows or its owners responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends or your dog(s) arising from your use of the field. The Meadow contains areas of uneven ground which may not be obvious under vegetation. Please notify us of any problems with the fence or areas that might need attention.  Northlands Meadows and its owners are not be held liable should a dog escape through the fence, even if it is due to a defect that has or hasn’t been previously identified.

You agree not to let anyone else onto the field during your booking other than your own party (your friends or relatives) who you will take full responsivity for.

No more than 4 dogs should be on the field at the same time without prior authorisation.

You confirm that you carry third party insurance cover for any damage or injury caused by you or your dog(s) to the property or to persons (this is normally part of your pet insurance policy).

You are responsible for picking up all your dog’s waste using the bags provided and dispose of it in the bins provided.

It is your responsibility to keep your dog(s) under control at all time and you shall not permit any of the dogs to act dangerously in line with relevant legislation.

Dogs must not be let off the lead or out of the car until the gate has been secured.

Appointments are on the hour so please ensure field is left vacant in time for the next visitor.

We are not able to accommodate excessive barkers as we wouldn't want to upset our neighbours
